Bug Report: sometimes when someone in the sdw officer jobs die we just dont have any equipment or little sometimes it takes multiple kills in console to fix or a job switch

We have been monitoring this issue for the past while and have not been able to replicate the issue since. Therefore I am closing this bug report. We will continue to monitor this and related issues as part of our ongoing optimisation work.​
