Suggestion: Give Fleet Medical Officer Bacta Injector - Remove Bacta Nades
Reason:

Bacta nades are redundant for the most part as FMO (Fleet Medical Officer) as they remain in the CC during events. Exchanging this for the Bacta Injector allows FMO to assist CG / General's while in the CC and provide them with ammo where necessary.

This Suggestion has been Accepted by Fleet Seniors.

In Short:

- Add weapon_bactainjector to Fleet Medical Officer
- Remove arccw_impact_bacta from Fleet Medical Officer
