Suggestion: Changes to the Internal Slugthrower

Reason: The Slugthrower in its current state is underwhelmingly unused due to its overall stats to make it more viable we believe some stat changes to its core damage and overall usability:

Up the damage to 225
Change the way you use it to Shift+E (If possible)
