Rename COV Lead Job

Suggestion: Change the name of the COV Lead (covlead) job to COV Expert (covexp)
Reason: Cov lead isnt used just by the 'lead', its a job used by the seniors of the spec so it should be named appropriately. Will also stop the confusion of seeing 3 cov leads on at once

Honestly the amount of times i get mad confused over the fact theres several "leads", positive change imo
