Suggestion: Rebalance of healing within Epsilon Squad

Suggestion: Rebalance of Epsilon Squad healing.
Reason: At the moment there is a fair bit of imbalance with Epsilon healing that has gone untouched for a long time so I want to balance this out. See below changes:

Riggs: Riggs current underbarrel has 4 in the mag and 250 AOE healing with a soft rule of 2 seconds between hits with the intention of full healing. I want to change this to 250 healing with a 4 second reload of the underbarrel with 1 in the mag as the perk mag drills exist which decreases reload time by 30% when maxed so this would make the reload time 2.8. Obvious rules still apply of no use in breaches.

Plank: Planks DMR healing attachment has no rule with it’s use. It can heal for 100 hp with 3 in the mag and less and a second delay between the shots which leads to some unreal healing. So I purpose a 1 in the mag with 2 second reload. The purpose of this is to make plank function a bit better into his role. He is a marksman and only has a DMR so should be more focused on sniping and healing when required. I would also like to suggest giving him the 50hp bacta deployables which will allow him to heal himself and others slowly even when paired with the healing module if someone is next to him.
